Time Saving Commands in xlCompare
xlCompare has 10+ time saving functions which were created solve the most common tasks in a seconds
Merge data between two worksheets
In single click xlCompare does the following:
- Find unique and existing records
- Update all existing records with values from the right sheet
- Mark updated cells with color
- Copy unique (new) rows and columns from right sheet to the left one
- Mark added records with color
Update data on the Excel worksheet
In single click xlCompare does the following:
- Find unique and existing records
- Update all existing records with values from the right sheet
- Mark updated cells with color
- Unique records are not processed
Remove duplicates between two worksheets
This command is similar, xlCompare does the following:
- Find unique and existing records
- Update all existing records with values from the right sheet
- Mark updated cells with color
- Copy unique (new) rows and columns from right sheet to the left one
- Mark added records with color
Get duplicate records between two worksheets (Intersection)
This command is to find common records between set of lists:
- Find unique and existing records
- Removes all unique records on the left worksheet
- Mark updated cells with color
- Equal values are not updated
Bulk Merge commands
Merge multiple differences between workbooks in single click:
- Merge all updated records from one workbook to another
- Undo bulk merge operation
Filter records
xlCompare gives you ability to dislay only records you need:
- Only completely equal records
- Records with equal keys (duplicates)
- Unique records (duplicates excluded)
Sort records by key
You select a column and xlCompare sorts data on the worksheet. If your data has heading, it is found and omitted.

Delete Records
xlCompare has commands to remove:
- Empty rows (records)
- Hidden rows (records)
